Which regions are these cards available to?

None of these cards are available in sanctioned countries. Please consult the individual product descriptions for details of each card type.

How long does it take for the card to issue?

It depends on the speed of the selected blockchain.

If you choose Bitcoin, it could take between 15 and 45 minutes. For faster blockchains, no more than a few minutes.

We ask users to leave a prudent amount of time before contacting us. The vast majority of support requests are due to not waiting for our system to register blockchain confirmations.

Why haven't I received my card details by email?

As mentioned above, it is often the case that you simply have to wait a few minutes.

However, there are some other common causes:

1) CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER! Other than simply waiting a bit longer, the most common solution to support requests is to check in your Spam, Promotions or Newsletters folder.

2) Typo in the supplied email address.

If you have written the email address incorrectly, the email cannot be delivered. You will need to submit a ticket in order for us to check.

3) You have unsubscribed from our emails

In order to conform with anti-spam rules, it is possible to unsubscribe from all emails from FCF Pay. If you do this, you will not receive emails from the card issuing/refill system either. Contact us for assistance.

How to add my card to Mobile Wallets?

The description of each card type will include instructions on how to add them to mobile wallets, when applicable. Instructions will also be either in the email you receive or on the website from which you redeem your card.

Where DON'T these cards work?

These prepaid virtual debit cards do NOT have 3D Secure (like 2FA for card transactions) and, therefore, they will not be useable if the merchant/platform requires 3DS.

Visa, Mastercard or the issuing banks may choose to restrict their services in specific countries, regions or even for specific merchants. This is entirely at their discretion.

Merchants and PSPs may choose to not accept prepaid virtual debit cards. This is out of our control and is covered by our terms and conditions.

Where DO these cards work?

These crypto-funded prepaid virtual debit cards can be used anywhere Visa/Mastercard virtual prepaid cards are accepted, at least in the issued native currency, either using the card number, expiry and CVC code or with touch and pay (contactless/NFC) POS terminals when added to mobile wallets.

Can I convert funds back into crypto?

No. By swapping your crypto to fiat balance on a prepaid virtual card, you have effectively sold/off-ramped said digital assets.

Why was my card declined?

Occasionally, Visa/Mastercard prepaid cards can be declined. The most common causes and solutions are:

  • Insufficient funds. Load more funds.
  • A particular merchant of payment service provider has blocked prepaid cards. This is out of our control, so you must find an alternative merchant. Do not be alarmed if the POS terminal states something such as "Potential Fraud". This is misleading and due to the confirguration of the terminal itself.
  • The card has been flagged for potential fraud. Although this can seem alarming, it is likely that we can request that the bank unblocks the card.
  • You are attempting to purchase what is known as a "quasi cash" item, which is not permitted for this kind of card. This can include cryptocurrencies, travellers cheques, gift cards and similar items. We are unable to change these policies.
Can I move funds from one card to another

If you have more than one card and would like to move funds from one card to another, we can submit a request to the issuing bank. Please create a transfer request ticket.

How do I access my card?

Shortly after you redeemed your card, you received an email that contains a link to your card page. Your card page is accessible only via email. If you're having trouble locating that email, please email Support for further assistance.

What information must I provide when signing up for the card and why?

You will need to provide your email address, full name, and date of birth. You must also read and agree to the Cardholder Agreement.
Your Visa Rewards Card is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, so we are required to obtain a minimum amount of information from customers.

Why do I have to submit my date of birth?

Our card provider may require your date of birth to verify your identity as a part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. KYC is a set of standards designed to protect financial institutions against fraud.
Because this Visa Rewards Card is subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, you must submit your date of birth (if it is requested) in order to use your card.

How secure is the personal information that I submit?

We take the security of your information seriously. Information entered on the website or through the app meets banking and industry standards.

How do I use my card?

Your card can be used to make online purchases, like you would use a credit card, as long as the amount authorized for the transaction does not exceed the available balance. There is no billing address associated with this card. You may use your own address when shopping online.

What billing address should I use?

There is no billing address associated with this card. You may use your own address when shopping online.
If asked for a phone number, provide your own phone number.

In instances like these, you can only process a credit transaction.

Can I add my card to a virtual wallet?

Yes! The Tremendous Visa Rewards Card can be added to Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I use my card in a physical store?

Your card can be used in-store only if the merchant is able to manually enter your card information.

Can I withdraw cash from my card?

Why was my card declined?

You can visit your card page to view your transaction history. The transaction will include the reason your card was declined.

Why does my transaction show as "pending"?

A transaction may read as "pending" until the merchant confirms the final transaction amount (i.e. settles the transaction). The pending amount is the authorization for the transaction. In most cases, the transaction will settle in 7 business days. Once it settles, you will see the final amount that was charged to your card.

Is there an expiration date of the Card?

Yes, the Card expires Three (3) years after activation

I have multiple Visa Rewards Cards. Can I combine them?

Because each card has been issued to you with a specific value and is not reloadable, multiple cards cannot be combined.

How do I activate my card?

Your Virtual Visa Card does not have to be activated, and it can be used as soon as you receive it.

What is the minimum age to sign up for a Visa Rewards Card?

You must be at least 18 years of age (or older if residing in a state where the majority age is older) to sign up for the Visa Rewards card.

Are there any fees or costs associated with my card?
